Deadlines handled. Your mind free for your business.
No more nasty surprises in the mail. No reminders, no late-payment interest, no nagging feeling you forgot something. Taktova will remind you of every deadline in time – social security (AHV), VAT, taxes, general meetings, the transparency register and your own dates. So you can focus on why you started your business.
- Statutory and custom deadlines in one place
- Built for Swiss companies and international groups
- Free waitlist, no obligation
How Taktova will work
Like a sat nav: you don’t see the whole map, just the next turn.
-
Add your company
Legal form, canton, financial year, employees. Taktova will derive your statutory deadlines from this.
-
Add your own deadlines
Anything that recurs in your company – for example every July or every quarter.
-
Get reminded in time
A message before every deadline, with a link to the competent authority. So nothing slips through.
-
For teams and multiple entities
For owners, fiduciaries and international groups with several Swiss companies.
Not just the law: your own deadlines, too.
Many dates aren’t in any law – and still get forgotten. In Taktova you’ll be able to add them just like statutory deadlines: once, yearly, quarterly or in a specific month.
- “Every July: review insurance policies”
- “Every 3 months: submit expense reports”
- “Every 30 November: holiday plan for next year”
- “Every year: renew domain and software licences”
- 10 April Q1 AHV advance contributions paid (self-employed) statutory
- 30 June General meeting held (GmbH and AG: within 6 months) statutory
- July Review insurance policies custom
- 30 November Holiday plan for next year custom
For every legal form – and for international companies.
Each legal form comes with its own obligations. Taktova will show exactly those that apply to your company.

Frequently asked questions
Is Taktova available yet?
Not yet. Taktova is in development, with launch planned for Q2 2027. People on the waitlist will be the first to know.
Can I add my own deadlines?
Yes, that’s planned: in addition to statutory deadlines you’ll be able to add your own dates – once, yearly, quarterly or in a specific month, for example “every July”.
Is Taktova suitable for international companies?
Yes. Taktova is explicitly designed for international companies with a subsidiary or branch in Switzerland too – in English, German, French and Italian.
Does the waitlist cost anything?
No. Joining is free and without obligation. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Does Taktova replace my fiduciary or tax advisor?
No. Taktova will give you an overview and remind you of deadlines. For advice on individual cases, a professional remains important – Taktova is also meant to support fiduciaries in their work.
Who is behind Taktova?
Fabian Itten, part of the management of the IT company FI Informatik in Lachen, Switzerland. He knows the deadline chaos first-hand – and is building Taktova so other business owners don’t have to go through it.
The story behind Taktova
I know that feeling.
Your day is packed, customers are waiting – and somewhere in the back of your mind there’s that nagging question: “Did I forget something?” Social security, VAT, taxes, general meetings: every authority has its own rules. And nobody reminds you in time. I know that struggle. And I know how much energy it drains.
That’s why I’m building Taktova – the tool I wish I’d had. A companion that thinks ahead, reminds you in time and keeps your mind clear. For the reason you started your business in the first place.
